It never rains…

But it always pours. My car needs repairing. Don’t know what’s wrong with it and thankfully it’s still going – but not too well … SlowCoach just replaced the headgasket in his car. At least he’s able to do these repairs! Our plumbing is stuffed. Can’t flush toilets or use the washing machine much. It’s been weeks now – still dealing with plumbers and council people. Another phone call to make any minute now …  And our 13 month old gas oven just stopped working. At least it’s under warranty! I’d be really happy if all the rest of our appliances and possessions and things could at least see the year out!
